Man Amigos\u2019 Manny Sablan and 670 Magas Babes\u2019 Catalyna Dela Cruz are the leading batters in their respective divisions of the 2024 Budweiser Belau Amateur Softball Association as of Feb. 11.<\/p>\n

Sablan leads the master\u2019s division with a batting average of .750 from 12 hits out of 16 at-bats. Second is the Redmen\u2019s Tony Pangelinan at .733 from 11 of 15 plate appearances, and third is Tokahao\u2019s Alvin Takai with a .706 average from 12 of 17 at-bats.<\/p>\n

In the doubles category, Jason Reyes leads with seven; Audie Maratita and Joe Lizama are at five; and five batters are tied with four each.<\/p>\n

Clint Quitugua is the only batter with two triples, while 13 other batters are tied at one each.<\/p>\n

Sablan\u2019s teammate, Joey Dela Cruz, leads the home run and RBIs category. He has six homers and 19 RBIs. Second to him in the home run category is Chris George with four; Sablan and Geoff Cruz have three each; and seven others are tied with two each.<\/p>\n

Second to Dela Cruz in the RBIs category is Peter Sablan with 12; Maratita, Kolani Castro, and Sablan have 11 each.<\/p>\n

In the runs category, George and Dela Cruz have 12 each; James Fleming, John Taitano, and Peter Sablan have 11 each; and John Terlaje and Mark Toves have 10 each.<\/p>\n

As for pitchers, Redmen\u2019s Greg Magofna leads the league with the lowest ERA of 4.667 from two games and 12 innings pitched, with eight earned runs, and a 2-0 record. Second is Asahi\u2019s Dom Hideo with a 6.067 ERA, three games and 15 innings pitched, 13 earned runs, and a 3-0 record. Hagu La\u2019mun\u2019s Openg Celis is third with a 6.3 ERA, three games and 20 innings pitched, 18 earned runs, and a 3-0 record.<\/p>\n

In the women\u2019s category, Dela Cruz has the highest batting average with .800, missing only three at-bats for a record of 12 out of 15 plate appearances.<\/p>\n

Second is teammate Edilyn Benjamin with a .768 average, from 10 of 13 at-bats; and third place is Bat & Boujee\u2019s Nish Mario, with a .688 average from 11 hits out of 16 at-bats.<\/p>\n

Dela Cruz also leads the women in doubles with four; Kianu Aldan and Pauline Camacho have three each; and nine others are tied with two.<\/p>\n

Dela Cruz shares the most runs scored with Aldan with nine each; Benjamin and Janica Iguel have eight each; and Rachel Salalila and Pauline Camacho have seven each.<\/p>\n

Aldan has the most triples with two, and the most home runs with two as well. Thirteen are tied with two triples, while Kiana Camacho, Salalila, and Destiny Pangelinan have one homer each.<\/p>\n

Salalila and Heather Kladikm collected the most RBIs with eight; Benjamin, Sheena Maratita, Mario, and Aldan are tied with seven each.<\/p>\n

On the bump, the leading pitcher is BDE\u2019s Jovie Omar with a 4.455 ERA, five game and 33 innings pitched, 21 earned runs, and a perfect 5-0 record; second is Lady Blue Jays\u2019 Angel Deleon Guerrero at 5.31 ERA, five games and 29 innings pitched, 22 earned runs, and 3-2 record; and third is Bat & Boujee\u2019s Janice Celis with a 7.966 ERA, five games and 29 innings pitched, 33 earned runs, and a 2-3 record.<\/p>\n
