Davilynn Varry Laniyo was named this year\u2019s top winner of the \u201cLive Your Dream\u201d contest of the Soroptimist International Northern Mariana Islands.<\/p>\n

The contest, which aims to support women in the CNMI, had a total of 23 applicants this year and SINMI was able to give a total of $3,500 to four of the women who got the highest scores.<\/p>\n

The other awardees are Reinalynn Attao, first runner up; Vertilia Camacho Cabrera, second runner up; and Christy Joy Aldan, third runner up.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s Live Your Dream awarding took place last Saturday night at Charley\u2019s Cabaret at the Pacific Islands Club Saipan.<\/p>\n

The grant award goes to a woman pursuing her undergraduate or trades degree, is the financial head of the household and can demonstrate a financial need in order to be able to continue to pursue her educational dream. (PR)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
