After a hiatus of two and a half months, starting Monday, March 18, 2024, Miyako will shine again in its consistent environment by offering authentic Japanese dining experiences paired with Miyako\u2019s evergreen signature dishes.<\/p>\n<p>Those who are looking for a sumptuous lunch buffet are invited Mondays to Thursdays from 11:30am to 2:30pm, while dinner periods are available on Wednesdays to Fridays, from 6pm to 9pm.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Hyatt Regency Saipan is excited to welcome its new chef de cuisine, Ryo Kojima, who will lead all Japanese culinary aspects of the resort. Kojima brings 22 years of Japanese culinary experience to Hyatt Regency Saipan. In 1992, Kojima started his career in Tokyo and has worked as the official residence chef for the Consulate General of Japan in New Zealand and the Embassy of Japan in the Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Kojima joined the Hyatt family in 2010 where he worked at various locations, including Grand Hyatt Dubai, the Bahamas, and most recently at the 1,600-room Grand Hyatt Jeju.
