{"id":40680,"date":"2014-07-04T04:00:52","date_gmt":"2014-07-03T18:00:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=40680"},"modified":"2014-07-04T04:00:52","modified_gmt":"2014-07-03T18:00:52","slug":"cdac-destroy-2007-2008-records-clients","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/cdac-destroy-2007-2008-records-clients\/","title":{"rendered":"CDAC to destroy 2007-2008 records of clients"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Public School System Early Intervention Program would like to inform parents of infants and toddlers who received Early Intervention Services at the Children\u2019s Developmental Assistance Center from 2007-2008 that your child\u2019s records are no long needed by the program and therefore will be destroyed in a manner that ensures all personal identifiers are removed from the record and the record is no longer personally identifiable.<\/p>\n<p>The Early Intervention Program will maintain indefinitely a permanent record of your child\u2019s name, address, phone numbers, entry date, exit date, and eligibility information.<\/p>\n<p>Records other than the permanent information listed above will be destroyed 30 days from the date of this notice. <\/p>\n<p>For more information, call Robin Palacios, Interim Coordinator, Early Intervention Program at CDAC at 664-4841.
