She is the daughter of Pressciardo M. Camacho and Elsie C. (Jayson Camacho)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Camacho said she felt honored after being named the 2014 Liberation Queen. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hope to keep my promise and help the community in many ways possible,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>According to Camacho, Liberation Day means \u201cthe day when people celebrate peace and freedom from when they opened the gates of Camp Susupe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pressciardo Camacho told Saipan Tribune that he is very proud of his daughter for becoming the 2014 Liberation Queen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am excited and happy for her hard work and I am very proud of her and hope that she does a great job for this year as Liberation Queen,\u201d Pressciardo Camacho said.<\/p>\n<p>In an earlier interview with Saipan Tribune, Pressel Jean Camacho said that if she were the governor of the CNMI she would not pass the casino law as the island is meant for beaches, family enjoyment, and culture\u2014not casino entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho said it was her dream to become a Liberation Queen candidate but she never expected to be crowned Liberation Queen. <\/p>\n<p>Pressel Jean Camacho said her inspiration is Saipan Mayor\u2019s Office staff Tina Concepcion, who would always tell her when she was still a little girl to join the Liberation Queen candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho\u2019s advocacy is to help the community by cleaning the environment and helping the public in whatever needs to be done to improve the island.<\/p>\n<p>2013 Liberation Queen Nicole Sablan said she hopes the 2014 royal court realizes how blessed they truly are.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery young girl dreams of becoming a princess. Today, you are royalty.
