During the month of February, the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp.\u2019s Environmental Health Disease Prevention conducted sanitary inspections on retail, eating, and drinking establishments. Through this release, EHDP is providing names of establishments by inspection grade and names of establishments which were ordered to close for serious violations of health and sanitation standards. For these establishments, we provide the suspension date and the date they were certified to resume operations.<\/p>\n

Classifications for Food Safety Rating for an establishment receiving a score of:<\/p>\n

90-100 Grade A<\/p>\n

80-89 Grade B<\/p>\n

70-79 Grade C<\/p>\n

<69 closure\/suspension<\/p>\n

New Matty\u2019s, As Lito was closed on Feb. 21, 2024 and reopened on March 1, 2024.<\/p>\n
