Camacho Elementary School Binadus and Kagman Elementary School Blue Marlins of Group 1 lead the elementary school division Event A of the NMA\/PSS All-Schools Track and Field 2023-2024 after Meet 1 last Thursday at the Oleai Sports Complex track and field.<\/p>\n<p>Event A consists of the 60m, 200m, 800m, and the long jump.<\/p>\n<p>The Binadus placed first in five divisions\u20149U girls 200m, 9U girls 60m, 9U boys 800m, 12U boys 800m, and 9U boys long jump.<\/p>\n<p>GTC\u2019s Molli Camacho was first overall in three heats of the 9U girls 200m with a time of 36.67 seconds. Second overall and first place in Heat 1 was Saipan International School\u2019s Olivia Walsh at 37.27 seconds. Third overall and first place in Heat 2 was GTC\u2019s Seraphina Alvarez at 37.74 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>In the 9U girls 60m, GTC\u2019s Alvarez was first overall with a time of 10.30 seconds. Second overall and first in Heat 1 was William S. Reyes Elementary School\u2019s Rhiem Hernandez at 10.78 seconds. Third overall and first in Heat 2 was KagES\u2019 Teuila Ogumoro at 10.94 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>In the 9U boys 800m, GTC\u2019s Oshean Garde sprinted first with a time of 3:12.43, followed by SIS\u2019 Ezra West at 3:14.24, and third was WSR\u2019s Nicobert Bailas at 3:19.43.<\/p>\n<p>GTC\u2019s Orion Garde claimed first in the 12U boys 800m with a time of 3:04.42; second was SIS\u2019 Jake Duenas at 3:11.37; and third was WSR\u2019s Chauncey Manglona with a time of 3:27.33.<\/p>\n<p>In the 9U boys long jump event, GTC\u2019s Tawheed Ullah leaped the farthest at 2.99m. Second farthest was Mount Carmel School\u2019s Benz Santos with a distance of 2.95m, and third was Brilliant Star School\u2019s Koen Poole at 2.84m.<\/p>\n<p>As for KagES, they led four divisions\u20149U boys and 12U boys 200m, and 9U boys and 12U girls 60m races.<\/p>\n<p>The 9U boys 200m was dominated by the Blue Marlins\u2019 Davirey Indalecio with a time of 32.38 for first overall. Second overall and second in Heat 3 was SIS\u2019 Gabriel Walsh at 34.17; and third overall and third in Heat 3 was WSR\u2019s Zane Fujihira at 34.45.<\/p>\n<p>KagES\u2019 Ishmael Bhuiyan was first overall with his time of 32.21. Second overall was GTC\u2019s Orion Garde at 33.74, and third was KagES\u2019 Jahziah Salas at 34.08.<\/p>\n<p>In the 9U boys 60m, Indalecio was once again the fleetest afoot overall at 8.93.
