This training session will provide PUA staff with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively implement the module and address overpayment issues promptly and fairly.<\/p>\n<p>During the closure, PUA services including adjudication, appeals, benefit payment control, and in-person assistance, will be temporarily unavailable.
