The class combines the curriculum of the Nihi ta Fanmama\u2019tinas (Let\u2019s Cook) and the Keys to Embracing Healthy Aging programs of University of Guam Cooperative Extension &amp; Outreach.<\/p>\n<p>The classes will take place from 4pm to 7pm on Wednesdays and from 9am to noon on Saturdays from June 5 to 22 in the Agriculture &amp; Life Sciences Building on the UOG campus. Led by Clarissa Barcinas and Katrina Macasaquit, each class will cover the following topics:<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, June 5<\/p>\n<p>Cooking Theme: Let\u2019s Chesa!<\/p>\n<p>Wellness Topic: Positive Attitude and Eating Smart<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, June 8<\/p>\n<p>Cooking Theme: Let\u2019s Bake!<\/p>\n<p>Wellness Topic: Physical Activity and Brain Activity<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, June 12<\/p>\n<p>Cooking Theme: Let\u2019s Make Soup and Salad!<\/p>\n<p>Wellness Topic: Social Activity and Tuning Into the Times<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, June 15<\/p>\n<p>Cooking Theme: Let\u2019s Cook on a Budget!<\/p>\n<p>Wellness Topic: Staying Safe and Stress Management<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, June 19<\/p>\n<p>Cooking Theme: Let\u2019s Cook Breakfast!<\/p>\n<p>Wellness Topic: Financial Affairs and Sleep<\/p>\n<p>Saturday, June 22<\/p>\n<p>Cooking Theme: Let\u2019s Cook Local!<\/p>\n<p>Wellness Topic: Making Time for You<\/p>\n<p>Each session has a registration fee of $10, and participants must register for all six sessions.
