The reason why I’m writing this is because I believe in not only my voice but also the voice of my peers. Here are some reasons why Mr. Jones (Kagman High School principal) shouldn’t move to a different school, there are several important factors to keep in mind. Firstly, Mr. Jones has built strong relationships with the staff, students, and families at your school. Moving to a different school could disrupt these connections and potentially impact the sense of community and support that has been established in our community.

Secondly, Mr. Jones has invested time and effort in understanding the specific needs and challenges of our school. Mr. Jones has proven to staff and students that he will do everything in his power to make us succeed. Mr. Jones continues to address these issues effectively and work towards sustainable solutions. This familiarity with the school environment has led to more impactful decision-making that benefits everyone involved.

Lastly, the stability and leadership Mr. Jones provides are crucial for the overall well-being of the KHS.
