The &#8220;Crew of the Quarter&#8221; award has been given to Chedler Marie Villanueva from the Garapan restaurant and Nena L. Babauta from the Chalan Lau Lau restaurant. These exceptional crew members exemplify McDonald\u2019s commitment to maintaining high standards of service and quality.<\/p>\n<p>Babauta, the Crew of the 2nd Quarter from Chalan Lau Lau, stated, \u201cWinning this award makes me happy and proud of myself. I enjoy working with my managers and crew, and I\u2019m grateful to McDonald\u2019s for the training that has helped me become a flexible crew member. I want to thank the company for giving me the best training and the ability to improve myself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Villanueva, the recipient from Garapan, shared his thoughts: \u201cWinning the Crew of the Quarter award is a recognition of the dedication and hard work I\u2019ve put in during the quarter.
