The amendment was made in recognition of Chamorro-Carolinian Cultural Heritage Month and in advance of the Cultural Day holiday in October. Effective immediately, attorneys, their staff, and Judiciary staff shall adhere to these guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>Appropriate attire includes:<\/p>\n<p>Business suit and tie<\/p>\n<p>Pantsuit or dress suit<\/p>\n<p>Dress pants and dress shirt with tie<\/p>\n<p>Blouse with a blazer or jacket<\/p>\n<p>Dress with blazer or jacket<\/p>\n<p>Dress shoes, inclusive of dress pumps\/heels<\/p>\n<p>Sinahi or lighat\u00fatt\u00far (may be worn in addition to, or in place of a tie)<\/p>\n<p>On Fridays, island print, mwar mwar, and flower leis<\/p>\n<p>Prohibited attire includes:<\/p>\n<p>Jeans or shorts<\/p>\n<p>Leggings<\/p>\n<p>Unreasonably short skirts or dresses<\/p>\n<p>See-through blouses<\/p>\n<p>Halter Tops<\/p>\n<p>Clothing which bares the midriff<\/p>\n<p>These updated guidelines are in addition to the requirements of the Judiciary [Employee] Dress Code adopted July 24, 2013, and Court Order 2021-ADM-0014-MSC.
