Eloy S. Inos signed at 1:20pm Friday a bill repealing and reenacting the Saipan casino law in its entirety to fix its ambiguities. That&#8217;s a day after the Senate passed the House measure. House Bill 18-195, HD 1 is now Public Law 18-56.<\/p>\n<p>The crowd of retirees and former defined benefit plan members applauded the governor&#8217;s signing.
