{"id":41335,"date":"2014-07-14T04:00:26","date_gmt":"2014-07-13T18:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=41335"},"modified":"2014-07-14T04:00:26","modified_gmt":"2014-07-13T18:00:26","slug":"hermans-bakery-names-head-honchos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/hermans-bakery-names-head-honchos\/","title":{"rendered":"Herman\u2019s Bakery names head honchos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Herman\u2019s Modern Bakery, Inc. announced last week the appointment of its new general manager and assistant general manager.<\/p>\n<p>Juanpan Guerrero, at a board meeting on Saturday, June 28, 2014, said that after serving the company since 1972, it\u2019s time to have a family succession, and recommended the appointments of Ana Guerrero Hayes as the new general manager and Michael Guerrero as the assistant general manager\/operations manager.<\/p>\n<p>During the past two years, succession planning has been in place to allow for continuity and the management\u2019s eventual transfer. Juanpan Guerrero stated that he had stayed on and served the business at the request of his mother, Tan Maria Tenorio Guerrero, and now it\u2019s time for his younger sibling and his son to take over the helm. He urged third-generation members of the family to come on board to continue the legacy of their grandparents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHerman\u2019s Modern Bakery, Inc. is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, and we are proud to be the oldest established business on Saipan.
