Sablan Middle School in San Antonio caused a lockdown at the school Friday morning, the case remains under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>According to DPS assistant chief of police and acting public information officer Simon T. Manacop, police were notified of a bomb threat at the school at around 10:30am just hours after school started.<\/p>\n<p>CPA Ports Police explosive K-9s were also called in to assist police officer on site as the school went under tight lockdown.<\/p>\n<p>Manacop stated that officers and K-9s did a sweep of the school before giving an \u201call clear\u201d around two hours later.<\/p>\n<p>According to police the threat had been made through a note found in the school&#8217;s bathroom.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The threat was made through a note which was left inside a restroom.&#8221; said Manacop. &#8220;I won\u2019t be able to share the exact message since the case is still under investigation, but the details [of the note] involved threat by bomb.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Manacop said that as of now the case remains under investigation, and therefore he wasn&#8217;t able to give more details, including whether or not they have possible suspects.<\/p>\n<p>He did share warning for those who send or leave bomb threats at schools or anywhere.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf caught, the perpetrators can be charged with \u2018terroristic threatening,\u2019 and if convicted may be sentenced to a term not to exceed 10 years, a fine not to exceed $10,000, or both,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 480px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/imgupload\/5afe8c96c16cb4af399f2714fd8dd6ce.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><\/p>\n<p>Due to a bomb threat, Department of Public Safety officers vehicles block off the Francisco M.
