That\u2019s right! On Saturday, Sept. 7 and 21, JKPL will be hosting a read aloud. We are excited to extend an invitation for families to come by and enjoy this experience in celebration of Chamorro and Carolinian Heritage Month!<\/p>\n<p>The read aloud will start at 10:30am and will be followed by an activity for children to engage in afterwards. If you would like, you are also welcome to borrow cultural books from our Pacific Collection and to take a look at our cultural display of artifacts curated over the years! Spread the word, and we hope to see you there!<\/p>\n<p>The Chamorro and Carolinian Heritage read aloud and activity will take place at the Joeten-Kiyu Public Library in the Children of Our Homeland, a.k.a. the Children\u2019s Library.
