These checkpoints, part of a collaboration with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration\u2019s \u201cBuzzed Driving is Drunk Driving\u201d and \u201cIf You Feel Different, You Drive Different\u201d campaigns, are scheduled for Oct. 30 and 31, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The DPS Highway Patrol Section established checkpoints on Chalan Monsignor Guerrero Chalan Kiya from 7pm to 9pm and Chalan Pale Arnold Chalan Lau Lau from 9pm to 11:30pm yesterday. Tonight, Oct. 31, officers will be stationed along Beach Road Garapan from 7pm to 9pm and on Chalan Monsignor Martinez As Lito from 9pmto 11:30 pm.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to these checkpoints, DPS will intensify patrols and traffic enforcement throughout Halloween night.
