He was 63.<\/p>\n<p>Rosario was supposed to celebrate his birthday on Saturday, July 19.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_42355\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-42355\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a attid=\"42355\"  href=\"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Frank-Rosario-mug.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Frank-Rosario-mug-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Frank Del Rosario\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-42355\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-42355\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Frank Del Rosario<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>There will be a daily Mass starting today at St. Jude Parish at 6pm, followed by rosary. The family is still finalizing details of Rosario\u2019s interment.<\/p>\n<p>According to his brother, Saipan Tribune columnist John DelRosario, Frank Rosario had a major stroke in 2009 and had to undergo medical bypass in Honolulu, Hawaii. His condition was complicated by diabetes and had to go through dialysis due to renal failure.<\/p>\n<p>John said that Frank\u2019s children were by his side since last Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Frank Rosario was the press secretary of former governor Pedro \u201cTeno\u201d P.
