To help ensure they have safe, age-appropriate experiences, Instagram has introduced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/teenaccounts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Teen Accounts<\/a>, which automatically limits who can contact teens and the content they see, and helps ensure their time is well spent. Teens under 16 will need a parent&#8217;s permission to change any of these settings to be less strict.
