During the month of October 2024, the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp.\u2019s Environmental Health Disease Prevention conducted sanitary inspections on retail, eating, and drinking establishments. Through this release, EHDP is providing names of establishments by inspection grade, names of establishments which were ordered to close for serious violations of health and sanitation standards. For these establishments, we provide the suspension date and the date they were certified to resume operations.<\/p>\n

Classifications for Food Safety Rating for an establishment receiving a score of:<\/p>\n

0-10 demerits Grade A<\/p>\n

11-20 demerits Grade B<\/p>\n

21-30 demerits Grade C<\/p>\n

less than 30 closure\/suspension<\/p>\n
