This piece is written in a form of poetry and prose I call a \u201csonnetina.\u201d<\/p>\n

It uses the basic form of a music sonata\u2014exposition, development, and recapitulation in which the musical subject matter is stated, explored or expanded, and restated. The word \u201csonata\u201d means \u201cto sound.\u201d I am using the \u201csound of words\u201d in sonnets in place of music for development.<\/p>\n

The border wall sheriff of high tariff<\/h3>\n

Exposition\/inspiration<\/h4>\n<\/p>\n

Quote from Greek pre-Socratic sophist, Gorgias (c.483-375 B.C.) \u201cEven if something could be known about it, knowledge about it cannot be communicated to others.\u201d In the case of POTUS 45 (soon to be 47) a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. He places or puts his fantasies forward as positions on issues and then gets angered and outraged when they are not accepted or opposed to by others. Think about the U.S.-Mexico border wall, his admiration for and love relationship with dictators Putin in Russia and Kim Jong Un of North Korea, climate change denial, and now high tariffs.<\/p>\n

Remember Trump saying, \u201cOnly I can do it.\u201d Solipsism is sometimes expressed as the view that \u201cI am the only mind that exists\u201d or \u201cMy mental states are the only mental states.\u201d This is \u201cakin to a delusional disorder.\u201d POTUS 45 is skeptical of others.<\/p>\n

The U.S. has a convicted felon for their president who is moving back to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue<\/p>\n

Do you remember that he is a former resident<\/p>\n

Now new horror tales of the former \u201cBorder Sheriff\u201d<\/p>\n

who fears our neighbors in Canada and Mexico<\/p>\n

On China too he wants to impose a very high tariff<\/p>\n

on these outrageous high tariffs 47 says go go go.<\/p>\n

U.S. and worldwide economists say the tariffs won\u2019t work<\/p>\n

wonder what Elon Musk thinks about what Trump says<\/p>\n

(when CEO\u2019s call Trump a f\u2026ing moron and a big jerk)<\/p>\n

Trump on tariffs, \u201cChina won\u2019t sell a single car in the U.S.\u201d<\/p>\n

Our nation now steers full of fears and tears for four years<\/p>\n

as our tragic demagogic Solipsistic Sheriff shifts his gears.<\/p>\n

More than half of all the Tesla cars built globally are<\/p>\n

manufactured in Shanghai, a third are destined for export.<\/p>\n

as they turn the other cheek away from his misogyny<\/p>\n

POTUS 45 said in a recent campaign interview when asked a<\/p>\n

question about global warming, \u201cThey don\u2019t even call it that<\/p>\n

anymore.\u201d And later, \u201cFrack, frack, frack. Drill baby drill.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other words for solipsistic are selfish, egotistical, narcissistic.<\/p>\n

Sound like POTUS 45? Think POTUS 47 will be different?<\/p>\n
