Manacop informed <em>Saipan Tribune<\/em> that the death of the 76-year-old man had been deemed as a natural death. According to initial reports the man had been living alone at the apartment and had been suffering from sickness.<\/p>\n<p>This ruling had come after investigation was launched into the discovery of a decomposing body at the apartment complex early Thursday, Nov. 28. Manacop had shared that early Thanksgiving morning police were notified by apartment staff that a strong distinct smell was coming from one of the apartment\u2019s rooms.
