{"id":44039,"date":"2014-08-04T04:00:20","date_gmt":"2014-08-03T18:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=44039"},"modified":"2014-08-04T04:00:20","modified_gmt":"2014-08-03T18:00:20","slug":"hatha-adai-yoga-bringing-yoga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/hatha-adai-yoga-bringing-yoga\/","title":{"rendered":"Hatha Adai Yoga: Bringing yoga to you"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you\u2019ve never done Yoga before, a new trio of certified yoga instructors are in town to \u201cadd downward dog to your day, and zip to your zen!\u201d Hatha Adai Yoga\u2014owned and operated by Nicole Schafer, Kelli McDoulett, and Kate Cline-Campbell\u2014held its first free kick-off class at American Memorial Park Saturday morning.<\/p>\n<p>According to the group\u2019s website, Hatha Adai Yoga classes are for everyone, from beginner to advanced and offers hatha, yin, power, yoga-chi, and story time yoga to children. (Contributed Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cWhether you are an individual, a group of friends, or a corporation, we would love to come teach you yoga, aligning with your goals and situation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The classes cost $5 for the first session and $10 for normal classes.<\/p>\n<p>Schafer told Saipan Tribune that classes are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm at the Saipan Chamber of Commerce and Saturdays from 9am to 10am for the month of August. <\/p>\n<p>Saturday\u2019s theme this month is \u201cSaipan Sites,\u201d where classes are held at some of Saipan&#8217;s prime tourist destinations, such as the CNMI Museum, Old Man by the Sea, Suicide Cliff, Bird Island lookout, and Garapan beach.<\/p>\n<p>Schafer said the Saturday classes are not official just yet because they want to gauge how far people are willing to drive to take part in the weekend classes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf the interest is there we would love to continue it.
