{"id":44237,"date":"2014-08-05T04:00:21","date_gmt":"2014-08-04T18:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=44237"},"modified":"2014-08-05T04:00:21","modified_gmt":"2014-08-04T18:00:21","slug":"club-200-held-october","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/club-200-held-october\/","title":{"rendered":"Club 200 to be held this October"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The American Red Cross-NMI Chapter\u2019s annual signature fundraiser, Club 200, will be hosted this year at the Fiesta Resort and Spa Saipan on Oct. 4.<\/p>\n<p>According to Kennedy Benjamin, ARC\u2019s service delivery manager for health and safety programs, tickets will be sold at $200 for a couple.<\/p>\n<p>For the past years, tickets were priced at $100 per person but Benjamin said that they are going back to the old practice of selling them for $200 for two persons.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s Club 200 theme is \u201cLua Party\u201d and will be its 26th anniversary, according to Benjamin. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are still on the planning stages so we haven\u2019t confirmed about our prize structure but we will be having prizes again this year as well as a grand prize,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Last year\u2019s grand prize was $15,000 cash. Other top prizes included two round-trip tickets to the United States, shopping spree certificates, $3,500 in cash, another round-trip ticket for within Asia, and many more. <\/p>\n<p>Benjamin said the proceeds of the fundraiser will continue to help ARC\u2019s mission in helping the CNMI and other nations during times of disasters.
