Luncheon begins at 11:30am and the meeting commences at noon.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking before the SCC Membership will be James Stump, CIP project coordinating officer, from the Office of Management and Budget. Stump will offer a CIP grant status review and project report on numerous CNMI grants awarded the CNMI. These grants provide substantial funds that enter our CNMI economy on a number of project awards.<\/p>\n<p>Also, speaking will be David J. Sablan, ESGR state chair Guam-CNMI Committee.
