Inos to discuss their proposal with the Public School System.<\/p>\n<p>Its vice president, Franklin Keiper, said the proposal is to introduce 3-5 percent sales tax.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The sales tax would cost everyone to give a little bit to help a lot,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The PSS has instituted a policy where people can give to schools.  This (the sales tax) would include everyone and will give everyone the chance to pay a little bit to come with a lot.
