Manglona ordered Rodolfo Bautista deported to the Philippines and barred him from coming back to the CNMI for five years.<\/p>\n<p>Bautista came to work in 1996 but was terminated a year later.<\/p>\n<p>He filed a labor complaint, seeking payment for the remainder of his contract. He and the employer settled.<\/p>\n<p>Later, he requested for employment transfer, but his time to search for a new employer wound up without him finding a job.<\/p>\n<p>The Division of Labor ordered him to leave the CNMI on March 17 this year.
