Magkalayo to 3 years and 6 months in jail, while Joel R. Del Rosario was meted 3 years and 10 months. Both come from the Philippines.<\/p>\n<p>They will serve their terms in federal prison.<\/p>\n<p>Del Rosario and Magkalayo were part of a group busted for selling ice. Three others have also been handed prison terms. One other is still continuing with the court trial.<\/p>\n<p>Drugs, particularly ice, remain a major concern for local authorities.
