Seman to the Northern Marianas College board. Seman, who represents Saipan, becomes the youngest member of the seven-person board.<\/p>\n<p>The appointment of Fermin M. Atalig, a representative of Rota, is still awaiting Senate action.<\/p>\n<p>Seman, son of Rep. Bernadita Seman, who was herself member and chairwoman of the NMC board, said he would concentrate on moving away &#8220;from the quantity side of offering courses and instead focus on the quality aspect.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He said he is interested in joining the board&#8217;s fiscal committee.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Senate has confirmed the appointment of Vincent J.
