{"id":4649,"date":"2012-03-06T01:57:00","date_gmt":"2012-03-06T01:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newspaper.ctsi-logistics.com\/?p=4649"},"modified":"2012-03-06T01:57:00","modified_gmt":"2012-03-06T01:57:00","slug":"sketch-of-garapan-rapist-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/sketch-of-garapan-rapist-out\/","title":{"rendered":"Sketch of Garapan rapist out"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>By Ferdie de la Torre<br \/>\nReporter<\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/imgupload\/issx9999ns117040.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"78\" height=\"100\" border=\"0\" \/>\u00a0 The Department of Public Safety released yesterday an artist&#8217;s composite sketch of the man who allegedly raped a woman at knifepoint inside her bedroom in Garapan on Jan. 29.<\/p>\n<p>Police officer Jason Tarkong said that DPS investigators were able to find an artist who developed the suspect&#8217;s composite drawing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe composite drawing was completed with inputs of the victim and witnesses,\u201d said Tarkong in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>He said DPS hopes that the drawing would help members of the community identify and report any and all sightings, including the suspect&#8217;s identity.<\/p>\n<p>Tarkong cautioned the public not to approach the suspect and instead report any sighting to the police immediately.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlease call DPS at 664-9001 or 911.
