The Festival will highlight the best of Chamorro and Carolinian dance and serves as one of the events slated for the Visit the Marianas ’99 campaign of MVA.<\/p>\n
The Council is soliciting designs for the Festival poster. Interested artists are asked to submit rough colored sketches of their designs to the Arts Council office by 4:30 p.m., May 17, 1999.<\/p>\n
The Council will select a design on May 18 and the artist must complete the finished work by May 21, 1999. The artist will receive an honorarium of $100.00 and copies of the printed poster.<\/p>\n
The poster will be printed in spot color and designs may not exceed the use of four colors.<\/p>\n
