Interested artists are asked to submit rough colored sketches of their designs to the Arts Council office by 4:30 p.m., May 17, 1999.<\/p>\n<p>The Council will select a design on May 18 and the artist must complete the finished work by May 21, 1999. The artist will receive an honorarium of $100.00 and copies of the printed poster.<\/p>\n<p>The poster will be printed in spot color and designs may not exceed the use of four colors.<\/p>\n<p>For further information about poster design requirements, you may contact Cindy Macaranas or Robert Hunter at the Arts Council with telephone numbers 322-9982 or 322-9983.
