A seminar on Equal Employment Opportunity and Recent CNMI Labor Laws was held at the Filipino Workers Resource Center at the Nauru building.<\/p>\n<p>Phil. senator to grace<br \/>\nIndependence Day<\/p>\n<p>Philippine Sen. Gregorio Honasan, one of the key figures in the military-backed People Power Revolution in 1986, will again visit the CNMI for the Philippine Independence Day celebration this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Born in Baguio City, he has authored a senate bill that extended the effectivity period of the Rent Control Law from January 1998 to December 2001.
