David M. Apatang said more than 1,000 residents have been forced to commute to CUC offices in Dandan and San Jose to pay their bills and a nearby customer service may help alleviate the inconveniences.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This will also resolve the disconnection problems, if any, because the payment facility is accessible to them,&#8221; he said in a letter to CUC Chairman Juan S. Dela Cruz.<\/p>\n<p>The government-owned utility firm will open later this month a customer service center in Garapan to give access to customers living in the northern part of Saipan.<\/p>\n<p>According to CUC Executive Director Timothy P.
