In his bill, he proposed that adultery in the CNMI be considered a felony with two years imprisonment and $5,0O0.00 fine if passed.<\/p>\n<p>Doesn&#8217;t Congressman Dino Jones have anything else intelligent to introduce as bill instead of tampering with &#8220;peoples private lives&#8221;?
