{"id":47227,"date":"1999-07-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-07-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/94d4460e-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"1999-07-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-07-07T00:00:00","slug":"94d44621-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/94d44621-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Man facing several\ncharges out on bail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A man charged in the Superior Court with several offenses including possession of controlled substance, was allowed yesterday to go out on bail.<\/p>\n<p>Clifford Quitugua Nekai, 28, has been charged with disturbing the peace, assault and battery, possession of controlled substance and obstruction of justice in connection with a brawl in Garapan last week.<\/p>\n<p>Among the conditions set by Superior Court Associate Judge Timothy Bellas for Nekai&#8217;s temporary release. was a curfew from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
