Jesus R. Sablan has signed into law an appropriation measure earmarking some $162,100 in surplus funds from an earlier project for the A&#038;E construction of the proposed Hemodialysis Building Center and other collateral equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Public Law 11-83 will tap funds still available from P.L. 9-1, which financed the Commonwealth Health Center Radiology and Respiratory Mechanical Works in 1994.<\/p>\n<p>The unexpended balance of $162,100 will pay for the architectural and engineering design for the construction of the hemodialysis center in the CNMI as well as purchase collateral equipment.<\/p>\n<p>The new law was sponsored by Representatives Heinz S.
