A former officer of the softball association who was charged with theft and forgery was summoned yesterday to appear for a court trial scheduled for next month.<\/p>\n
The Superior Court ordered Luciana Hocog to appear at the court on Aug. 13.<\/p>\n
A complaint filed by Asst. Atty. Gen. Kevin Lynch alleged that Hocog, through fraud and forgery, withdrew a total amount of $1,626 from the Tinian Amateur Softball Association’s bank account.<\/p>\n
She allegedly stole the money between June 1998 and April 1999, when she was the organizations’ treasurer.<\/p>\n

Qiong was arrested twice for allegedly shoplifting at DFS on separate occasions.<\/p>\n
