This is to inform all youths between 14 and 21 years old, that there will be a Precinct Registration for the CNMI 2nd Youth Congress. All youth interested in voting or becoming a candidate in their respective precinct are asked to come and register.
\nRegistration for Precinct 1 will be on Tuesday, August 10, 1999, between 6:00 pm to 9:00 p.m. at the following areas:
\n1. San Vicente School
\n2. Kagman Head Start
\n3. San Antonio Youth Center<\/p>\n
The villages that are in Precinct 1 are San Antonio, Koblerville, San Vicente, As Lito, Kanat Tabla, Chalan Piao, Dandan, Fina Sisu, Papago and Kagaman Phase 2 & 3.
\nThose living in Kagman Phase 1 who are interested may also register on this date, August 10, 1999 between 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Kagman Head Start.<\/p>\n
Registration for Precinct 2 will also be on Tuesday, August 10, 1999, between 6:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m. at the following areas:
\n1. C.K. House of Manhoben
\n2. Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe<\/p>\n
The villages that are in Precinct 2 are Chalan Kanoa Districts 1 through 4 and Susupe<\/p>\n
Registration for Precinct 3 will be on Thursday, August 12, 1999, between 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the following areas.
\n1. Garapan Central Park
\n2. Civic Center Gym
\n3. Carolinian Utt in Garapan<\/p>\n
The villages that are in Precinct 3 are Garapan, China Town, Navy Hill, Gualo Rai, Puerto Rico, Sadog Tasi, San Jose, Chalan Kiya and Chalan Laulau<\/p>\n
Registration for Precinct 4 will be on Thursday, August 12, 1999, between 6:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m. at the following areas.
\n1. San Roque Social Hall
\n2. Tanapag Elementary School<\/p>\n
The villages that are in Precinct 4 are As Matuis, Marpi, San Roque, Achugao, Tanapag, Capital Hill, As Teo and Kagman Phase 1.<\/p>\n
Youths may also register at the Youth Congress Office in the Legislature Building in Capitol Hill from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Registration is until August 20, 1999.<\/p>\n
