The Marianas Visitors Authority, along with the Tinian Mayor’s Office, will be holding the 9th Annual Tinian Fun Run on Sept. 28, 1999.<\/p>\n
Organizers are expecting over 60 runners from Guam, Saipan, Tinian and Rota to participate in the yearly event.<\/p>\n
Prizes will be given to the 1st to 3rd place overall winners in the male and female categories and first place male and female finishers in the following age categories:<\/p>\n
\u202218 years and below;<\/p>\n
\u202219-30 years;<\/p>\n
\u202231-40 years; and<\/p>\n
\u202241 years and up.<\/p>\n
The entry fee for the Fun Run is only $20.00 per runner. Registration deadline is on Friday, Sept. 24, 1999, 12:00 p.m. at MVA Saipan and Tinian office. Late registrants will be charged an additional $5.00.<\/p>\n
Fee includes a free T-shirt and a ticket to the awards banquet. There will be an additional fee for those who will bring in guests to the awards banquet.<\/p>\n
