{"id":48041,"date":"1999-09-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-09-16T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/94ec3afd-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"1999-09-16T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-09-16T00:00:00","slug":"94ec3b11-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/94ec3b11-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Man may face raps for\nleaving baby in the car"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A man may face child neglect charges for leaving his six-month-old baby alone inside the car parked  across Horiguchi building in Garapan.<\/p>\n<p>The baby was unharmed., but she was found crying in the front seat of the car yesterday morning.<\/p>\n<p>Police office Calvin Farley, who came to the baby&#8217;s rescue, berated the father, a Chinese contract worker identified only as  Lee, when he came back to pick up her baby.<\/p>\n<p>Lee said he only went to Horiguchi building to make a phone call.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Don&#8217;t you know that you&#8217;re not supposed to leave your baby unattended inside the car even for one minute?&#8221; Farley told Lee.<\/p>\n<p>The police took the baby into the ambulance, and refused to give her back to her father while awaiting representatives from the Division of Youth Services.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;DYS will be the one to decide whether or not to file charges against the baby&#8217;s father.
