Valerio was allegedly attacked by three male suspects while he was guarding the Courtney&#8217;s Plaza along Beach Road in Chalan Kanoa in the early hours of May 4, 1999.<\/p>\n<p>He sustained deep wounds in the left side of his head and suffered from internal head injury.  He was rushed to the Commonwealth Health Center.<\/p>\n<p>Valerio, a contract worker, later died in a hospital in the Philippines.<\/p>\n<p>Police earlier received a tip about the incident through the Crime Stopper Hotline.  That office is requesting the caller to contact the officers investigating the case again for additional information.<\/p>\n<p>Crime Stoppers is still offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the individuals involved in the homicide, according to a DPS statement.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information is asked to call the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 234-7272.
