{"id":49141,"date":"1999-12-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-12-10T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/953a4cd0-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"1999-12-10T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-12-10T00:00:00","slug":"953a4ce4-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/953a4ce4-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"Police officer released"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Superior Court Judge Timothy Bellas yesterday ordered the release of Police Officer Edwin Santos Aguon who was accused of burglary and theft on a $5,000 unsecured bond.<\/p>\n<p>Police officers who searched the residence of Mr. Aguon last Dec. 7, discovered kitchenwares, pots, pans, meat grinder, meat slicer, pizza slicer, tables, chairs and computer &#8212; all belonging to Rudolpho&#8217;s Restaurant.  This led to the arrest of Mr. Aguon, who  has been with DPS for five years now.<\/p>\n<p>During the bail hearing, Mr. Aguon&#8217;s father Joaquin, 58, a retired police officer, denied any knowledge that the items in their residence were stolen from Rudolpho&#8217;s.
