His parents were Filipino nationals. The second was a baby girl born to Chamorro parents at 7:10 a.m., followed by another girl who came out at 4:10 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The fourth baby, a boy born to Chamorro parents, arrived at 5:35 p.m.  According to the Commonwealth Health Center officials, all babies were healthy and were doing fine.<\/p>\n<p>At least two private companies have sponsored separate contests to award the first baby born in 2000 on Saipan with various prizes, including baby supplies.
