He has three sisters.<\/p>\n<p>Shortly after birth, the baby boy \u2013\u2013 considered the world&#8217;s first of the millennium \u2013\u2013 has developed health complications.<\/p>\n<p>No claims of earlier births have been reported so far by the island nation of Tonga, which hit midnight an hour before New Zealand.
