The Triathlon Clinic sponsored by Taga Inc. and Continental Airlines with be held this weekend with triathlon coach Scott Penny from Cairns, Australia arriving tomorrow to conduct the course.<\/p>\n
Participants are requested to pre-register at 234-1001 (Bill) or at 235-6615 (Wolf).<\/p>\n
The first session will be held tonight from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Joeten Kiyu Library Conference Room. General information about the clinic will be announced including a session on diet and nutrition.<\/p>\n
The session for Saturday will begin with swimming at the Kan Pacific Swimming Pool from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., and will be followed by sessions on running and Biking. The last hour discussion may be at Ada gym and will be announced later.<\/p>\n
Sunday’s session will cover planning, strength training and heart rate monitoring and will all be held at the Joeten Kiyu Library from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
Be prepared to swim or run or bike and bring your gear with you.<\/p>\n
