The school-based nutrition and physical activity partnership (snapp) is promoting healthy eating habits on public and private school campuses.<\/p>\n
The Food and Nutrition Council, Department of Public Health and snapp are educating teachers and parents about:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Hands-on nutrition activities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Public health and dental services<\/p>\n
\u2022 Materials and child health programs<\/p>\n
\u2022 Basic nutritional needs and free programs<\/p>\n
\u2022 Immunization programs<\/p>\n
The SNAPP workshop is on Saturday, Feb. 26, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Northern Marianas college Building H.<\/p>\n
