Jamison to three years imprisonment for the crime of robbery.<\/p>\n<p>Court records show that the incident occurred in the early morning of  May 9, 1999 when the two men, both Filipinos, waited for Ernest &#8220;Jack&#8221; Strange and his wife Thelma  at the parking lot of Joeten Chalan Piao after coming from Club Jama.  Mr. Jamison and Mr. Simpas were the last customers to leave the club on that day.<\/p>\n<p>As the Strange couple were walking at the parking lot, Mr. Jamison held a knife in front of Ms. Strange then grabbed her necklace, tearing her blouse in the process.  On the other hand, Mr. Simpas who was holding a long screw driver fought with Mr. Strange.<\/p>\n<p>During the struggle, Mr. Simpas stabbed Mr. Strange&#8217;s thigh, injuring his artery and impairing his ability to walk to this day.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the plea agreement, Mr. Simpas was ordered to pay for damages amounting to $10,000 as well as dismissed the three other charges against him.  Mr. Jamison was directed to pay all the properties taken from Ms. Strange after the court has decided a restitution hearing set on April 6, 2000.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Superior Court Presiding Judge Edward Manibusan has sentenced  Norberto J.
