Tenorio Friday during the proclamation signing for the Headsart Month which kicks off today.<\/p>\n<p>HPC Vice Chair James L. Hemley said the center is needed for council members to get together and disseminate information to villages concerning CNMI&#8217;s future leaders.<\/p>\n<p>At present, the council usually meets at the Manamko center or other accessible areas.<br \/>\nGov. Tenorio has underscored the need for parent involvement in the education of pre-schoolers, noting that parents are the best teachers any child could ever have.<\/p>\n<p>Lt. Governor Jesus R. Sablan said creating a center for headstart council members is a good idea.
