Jonathan Jones had 3 hits with 3 runs batted in in the losing effort. The pirates remain on top with a perfect 7-0 record while the Expos falls to third place in team standings with a record of 2 and 4.<\/p>\n<p>Little League<\/p>\n<p>(April 29, 2000)<\/p>\n<p>1st game: San Antonio Cardinals 5, St. Jude Hustlers 2<\/p>\n<p>Cardinals scored 4 runs in the 6th inning as they went on defeating the Hustlers 5-2 in an exciting match up. Its the Cards first win of the season.<\/p>\n<p>2nd game: Fielders 11, Tanapag Braves 8<\/p>\n<p>Joey Seman blasted a 3 run homer. T.J. Deleon Guerrero added also with a solo shot and scored twice. Joey Flores and Thorn Sablan both with 2 runs. Peter Tenorio added in also with 2 runs batted as the Fielders upset the Braves 11-8 for their first win of the season. Shawn Pua, J.D. Palacios, Jordan Suel and Giovanni Mira all with 2 hits in the losing effort.<\/p>\n<p>3rd game: Dandan Blue Jays 10, Little Sluggers 0<\/p>\n<p>Franco Flores doubled twice, scored two times while Jonathan Techur scored 2 runs leading the Blue Jays 10-0 over the Little Sluggers in a ten mercy rule. Jays improves to 7-1 while the Sluggers falls to 2-5 in team records.<\/p>\n<p>Senior League<\/p>\n<p>(April 29, 2000)<\/p>\n<p>1st game: Tanapag Braves 10, Little Knights 6<\/p>\n<p>Jeremiah Suel went 3 for 3 with 3 runs. Jimmy Aliksa had 2 hits including a triple with 2 runs score and Jeremiah Deleon Guerrero scored 3 times leading the Braves 10-6 over the Knights. Franklin Muna had 3 hits for the Knights in the losing effort.<\/p>\n<p>2nd game: Southern Hustlers 14, San Roque D-9ers 6<\/p>\n<p>South pole Bobby Joe Castro came in the top of the 4th inning relieving Jonathan Cepeda, struck out 4 gave up 2 hits no runs, Phillip Babauta and Kolani Castro both with 3 hits with 2 runs a piece while Cepeda and Vincent Duenas contributed also with 2 runs a piece as the Hustlers took sole possession of first place crushing their arch rival D-9ers 14-6. Bill Camacho had 3 hits and scored 3 times in the losing side.<\/p>\n<p>Little League<\/p>\n<p>(April 30, 2000)<\/p>\n<p>1st game: Ol&#8217;Aces 13, Matuis Twins 2<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Tudela pitch 4 strong innings with 4 strike outs 2 base on balls gave up no hit also chip in with 2 hits and 2 runs teammate Jack Sablan with 2 hits and 3 runs and also knocked in 2 runs as the Ol&#8217;Aces roll over the Twins -2 in a ten run mercy rule.<\/p>\n<p>2nd game: Glazers 10, Cruisers 0<\/p>\n<p>Tyron Taro sends one out, deep knocked in 3, runs scored twice. Danny and Zack Concepcion both with 2 hits a piece as the Glazers cool the Cruisers 10-0 in a game cut short due to the mercy rule.<\/p>\n<p>3rd game: Garapan Pirates 6, Little Knights 2<\/p>\n<p>The Pirates rallied for 5 runs in the last inning defeating the Little Knights 6-2 in a thrilling and exciting ball game. They improve to 5-3 while the Knights falls to 3-4 in team standings.<\/p>\n<p>4th game: San Vicente A&#8217;s 21, Starz 1<\/p>\n<p>Paul Perry Santos sends 2 long balls including a grand slam, scored 4 times and knocked in a season high of 6 runs batted in, Justin Dela Cruz also slam one out and knocked in 2 runs, Estevan Cruz Jr. and Pat Alepuyo both with 3 hits and 3 runs a piece as the league leading A&#8217;s trounced the Starz 21-1 in a ten run mercy rule.<br \/>\nCruz was impressive on the mound with 10 strike outs gave up one hit walk 3 batters. Leeroy DelaCruz scored the lone run for the Starz.<\/p>\n<p>Junior League<\/p>\n<p>(April 30, 2000)<\/p>\n<p>1st game: San Roque D-9ers 17, Starz 3<\/p>\n<p>Ben Jones had 3 hits and scored 3 times. Mike Aguon added in with 5 runs as the D-9ers stopped the Starz 17-3 in a ten run mercy rule. D-9ers improve to 6-2 second in the league while the Starz falls way down the cellar with a record of 0-8.<\/p>\n<p>2nd game: Kaultz Glazers 9 , Comets 7<\/p>\n<p>The Glazers leading 7-6 in the 7th inning scored 2 more runs for their insurance as they cruised past the Comets in a touch match 9-7. Its the second time the Comets falls to the Glazers. Losing their first match in April 1 by a score of 6-3. Pat Blas had 2 hits and scored two times while A.J. Taitano also contributed with 2 runs in the winning cause. Gary Cruz went 3 for 3 with a triple and 1 run, batted in, Jess Norita had 2 hits and a run while J.P. Sablan single in 2 runs in the losing effort as the league is winding down to its completion.<\/p>\n<p>3rd game: Tanapag Rangers 8, Ol&#8217;Aces 7<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Duenas pitch 4 strong inning gave up 5 hits struck out 3 before being relieved. Leroy Kani had 3 hits with 2 runs batted in. A.J. Deleon Guerrero knocked in 2 runs. Myron San Nicolas scored twice as the Rangers upset the Ol&#8217;Aces 8-7 in a dramatic 01. Jess Wabol had three hits while Jack Lizama added with 2 hits in the losing effort.<\/p>\n<p>Big League<\/p>\n<p>(May 2, 2000)<\/p>\n<p>Starz 7, Tanapag Devil Rays 5<\/p>\n<p>The Starz scored 4 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning avoiding an upset as they edge out the winless Devil Rays 7-5 in a tough comeback.
