We would also like to thank the Saipan Runner&#8217;s Club, Marianas High School ROTC, PSS Central Office staff, DCCA staff and the many volunteers who came out and helped.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, we would to thank the Marianas High School Dolphins and their coaches for the competition.
